Biography

Norrie Kivlehan is a multimedia artist from Cootehill, focusing on craft which includes illustration, graphic design, charcoal portraits, caricatures, woodwork, fabric and taxidermy/bone. Developing her style in Cavan Institute and graduating with a diploma in Illustration from Ballyfermot College of Further Education, she has been active in Cavan, Dublin and Sligo as a caricature artist and graphic designer since 2010, with clients including Comedy Central, Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, Dublin City University, Cavan Instinctive Archery and many more. In recent years, she has taken an interest in more taboo and darker concepts, expanding them into a small hobby under the name Dark Craft Éire, where she holds a resident stall at the Dublin Alternative Market. 

Norrie is also a journalist for heavy metal music website Overdrive, covering interviews and live concert reports. In her spare time she likes to raise animals, bake, collect oddities, listen to podcasts and eat cheese.
